!! Tracy did an awesome job at Listing my home that I owned for over 44 years. She helped me with many estates sales to empty out 40 years of living. She held multiple open houses to bring the right buyer, walked me through the entire closing process because I haven't sold a home in 44 years. Tracy helped me hire contractors to fix issues that helped sell the house better. She was very knowledgeable in construction, and working with vendors to get me the best prices. There was a particularly thorny problem with a Trust involved and Tracy took the initiative and used her experience as a paralegal to help me untangle the mess so the house can be sold. She provided a thoughtful and thorough market analysis to help me set a reasonable value for the property. She has made recommendations for a someone to do financing for the other party involved. She has made very useful suggestions about arranging an estate sale for the contents of the house, and obviously has suggestions for a local Utah realtor they her network She enabled me to put the process in motion and provided a very useful roadmap for a process that is unfamiliar to me. She is very gracious, but also completely no-no sense, down to earth, solutions oriented.
